Last day brewing’s beers are separated into 3 phases:

1. Brewstorming - recipes in the works
2. Magic – brews in fermentation
3. Euphoria – beers on tap

We always try to have 2 beers in each phase at all times. Due to different fermenting times and schedules (believe it or not, this isn’t our day job), it’s not always possible.
